Molybdenum TZM Rod
1)Composition: Ti: 0.4-0.55% Zr: 0.06-0.08%, Mo: 99.2% to 99.5% C: 0.01-0.04%
2)Density: 10.1g/cm3
3)Purity: Mo ≥ 99.20%

5)Appearance: It`s black brown, and will turn to a silver metallic luster after alkali-washing
6) Application: Used in high-temperature vacuum and hydrogen-atmosphere furnace construction.
7) Performance of TZM:
TZM has twice the strength of pure moly at temperatures over 1300° C.
The recrystallization temperature of TZM is approximately 250° C higher than moly and it offers better weldability.
TZM Molybdenum is manufactured by either P/M or Arc Cast technologies and is of great utility due to its high strength/high temperature applications, especially above 2000'F.
TZM Molybdenum has a higher recrystallization temperature, higher strength, hardness and good ductility at room and elevated temperatures than unalloyed Molybdenum. 
In addition, TZM exhibits good thermal conductivity, low vapor pressure, and good corrosion resistance and is machinable.
